VIP Week for Shopify Store Setup
Onboarding starts as soon as you complete your booking, giving you enough time to gather your content
·1-hour strategy consultation to clarify the project details to work on at least a week before the VIP Week
VIP Week can be scheduled once determined that we can work together
You must fill out any forms sent to you in advance for collecting content or other information related to the project at least 3 days before the VIP Week
You must send all content, photos, logins, and other details at least 3 days before the VIP Week
Payment must be completed before the VIP Week
During your Shopify VIP Week, you will receive short updates through email or Voxer asking for feedback to keep everything moving quickly. You need to be accessible
·At the end of the week, I will send you an email with a report on all that was completed during the VIP Week
Bonus: One-week Voxer or email support (during my business hours) after the VIP Week is complete. (This does not include doing additional work, but offers support related to the work already completed)
In case more time than one week is required to complete additional phases of your project, I will provide an estimate of how much additional time and the amount would be required
Please note that when booking a VIP Design Week, you are paying for the full week to have our completely undivided attention to get as much done from your priority list as possible. You are not paying for a specific guaranteed list of deliverables.
• 99% of the time we can complete the work we determined together to be your priority at your 1-hour strategy consultation. However, occasionally clients will want to book another VIP Design Week in order to finish more items from their wish list (secondary to their priority list) that we couldn’t get to that day.
